Hello, I am Nimit Bhardwaj, I am a 3rd year student of computer science and
engineering, I am well versed with C and C++ which are I think required for
the development of ReactOS, I am also well known of the basic concepts of
operating system, data structure and algorithms, and also am a coder who
likes to do competitive programming, I cloned the source of ReactOS from
github(which I came to know that it was put there recently, I think I am
lucky of it :-) ) and compiled to create the .iso successfully, now I want
to do contribution in development, I want apply my learned concepts to use,
so I wanted some help, where to start, what else I need to know.

Thank you

Hello Folks:

(if this is the wrong mailing list to ask, please just redirect me)

Running the 4.6 Alpha LiveCD in VirtualBox (allocating 2GB of RAM and
2.54 GB disk space, on an i7 with 16 GB of RAM) completely freezes
VirtualBox during the install, right after you pick language.

*So, where the heck do you get a 4.5 LiveCD?*

I went through the web page (which is not set up well for browser usage
-- to much junk bouncing around, too little content) and all I can find
it 4.6 Alpha.

I've been to the builds page,
the wiki,
etc
and I can't find prior builds.

Little help please?

#thank you

The Wine explorer does not load any page.

But I do have connectivity, as
"mozilla.org" resolves to
"https://www.mozilla.org/en-US" in the URL line
(and I can ping mozilla.org OK)
but no page loads.

Thanks

Just my notes:
============
The Wine iexplorer has to be found manually.
(It is not in any Program menu,
or in the readme).

Copy/Paste as Link does not work to get an icon to the desktop as a a
shortcut.

No c:\Program Files, just c:\reactos
